Following the recent string of their Maintenance Tracking Forums, FlightDocs is holding the next Forum in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, next Thursday, the 27th. The company has been holding these events in efforts to get on the ground floor with their operators and discuss what is trending in maintenance tracking – finding out answers to questions like “What are the everyday things that operators are encountering?” or “What are people talking about around the lunch table?”
These Forums give attendees a chance to have a great lunch with some awesome people, and more importantly, a chance to be heard. FlightDocs says they believe it really comes down to the everyday stuff that can make the biggest impact on an operation.
A FlightDocs representative says, “We provide a forum for current and prospective customers to have a voice – what would make their days so much better? What would make their maintenance tracking insanely easy? We cannot guarantee that we can always make every dream come true, but by golly we are gonna try!”
“[These events] give our customers a chance to see what new releases FlightDocs has implemented and how they an use them that day with their team. It gives prospective customers a chance to see how FlightDocs is different and how we can make a difference in their operation, in their day to day. It also gives both groups a chance to talk about what they really need and want – we take every idea back to our programming team and figure out if and how we can bring this to the masses,” says FlightDocs Representative Rhiannon Silvashy.
These events originally began in the Southeastern United States, but have since spread, with FlightDocs now holding forums worldwide. The company says the future location possibilities are limitless.
