​Textron Aviation Expands King Air Call-in Support in Central and South America

Textron Aviation recently announced it has increased its 1CALL offering for Cessna Citation, Beechcraft King Air and Hawker customers in Central and South America. The service with utilize regional channel partners TAM Aviação Executiva (TAM) and Central Charter de Colombia (Central Charter).

“1CALL has been a resounding success for our customers and we continue to look for opportunities to further strengthen and expand its capabilities,” said Kriya Shortt, senior vice president, Customer Service. “By leveraging the in-region footprint of TAM and Central Charter, we are able to expedite support and minimize downtime, which provides greater AOG support than ever before to our customers operating in Central and South America.”

The 1CALL service is offererd 24/7 to Citation, King Air and Hawker customers at +1.316.517.2090. The service offers technical support, expedited parts ordering, alternative lift solutions and mobile service unit scheduling. Additionally, for AOG events in Central and South America, the 1CALL teams works directly with in-region channel partners to provide parts and mobilize AOG support. Textron Aviation features 34 authorized service facilities in the region, along with seven dedicated field service representatives.
