AVON, OHIO, October 30, 2012 – Parker Aerospace’s Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division has announced that it has received ANAC and EASA validation of its popular P/N 199-90 wheel and brake STC conversion kit.
This conversion kit is applicable to King Air models 65-90, 65-A90, 65-A90-1, 65A90-4, B90, C90, C90A, C90GT, C90GTi, E90, and H90. Parker Aircraft Wheel and Brake Business Team Leader Tom Dorinsky said, “There is a strong demand for these King Air wheel and brake conversion kits and we are pleased to now offer these kits to owner/operators in Europe and South America.”
The Parker conversion kits are designed for ease of lining replacement, reduced maintenance time, and competitive operating costs, and are available through Parker’s world-wide distribution network.
Parker also announced that its P/N 199-110 wheel and brake conversion kit — used on King Air series 99, 100 and 200 models — is also approved for use with Centex Aerospace’s Halo 250 STC that raises the maximum takeoff weight of any King Air model 200 aircraft from 12,500 to 13,420 pounds, resulting in a 920-pound increase in payload capacity.
