EXCHANGE SALES PLEASE NOTE:
- All core returns MUST be the same part number and are due within 30 days of the exchange invoice date.
- Core repair cost can not exceed 70% of the exchange price. Any cost over 70% will result in a core credit reduction.
- The "Core Return Form" (orange paper included with exchange part) must be returned with the core and COMPLETELY filled out for a core to be considered for evaluation.
You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Note: A 25% re-stocking fee may apply. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and or our invoice number and details such as the part number of the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order with a RMA#.

- As removed (AR) : 30 day warranty
- Overhauled (OH) : 12 Month Warranty
- Serviceable (SV) : 6 Month Warranty
- New (NE) : 6 Month Warranty
- New Surplus (NS) : 30 Day warranty
