We're thrilled to introduce you to the first batch of incredible speakers who will take the stage, sharing their expertise and experience to make this an event to remember!

1. Peter Basile
Peter Basile is a Senior Air Safety Investigator with extensive experience in aviation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Aviation Safety and has worked for Cessna and Textron Aviation. His career includes roles as a manufacturing engineer, air safety investigator for the NTSB (participating in over 225 investigations), and instructor at the DOT Transportation Safety Institute and NTSB academy. He's also involved in developing safety strategies and holds various certifications, including a private pilot certificate, airframe and powerplant mechanic certification, and a Flight Safety International Citation 525 series Master Technician certificate. Peter's presentation will be focusing on performance optimization and safety protocols.

2. Travis Lamance
Travis Lamance started his aviation career at 18, earning his A&P license. Over the next 25 years, he combined his passion for aviation with entrepreneurial drive, owning and growing several aviation companies. His diverse experience and industry connections led him to found Haven Aviation Services Group, offering aircraft maintenance, brokerage, charter operations, and asset management. He is a 25-year A&P, IA, and private pilot, driven by helping others reach their full potential. Travis will be presenting an on aircraft look at maintenance.

3. Dean Benedict
Dean Benedict demonstrated exceptional mechanical skills from a young age, building off-road vehicles and working as a mechanic. After serving in the Army National Guard, he excelled in aviation studies, earning an FAA A&P certificate. He quickly rose through the ranks at BeechWest Van Nuys, becoming a highly successful service manager. His expertise led to involvement in numerous crash investigations. He later founded Honest Air Inc., specializing in King Air maintenance, and became a regular contributor to King Air Magazine, offering valuable insights to owners and operators. In 2022, he was inducted into the King Air Hall of Fame. Dean will be sharing his wealth of knowledge on King Air upkeep. Dean’s session will help attendees ensure their aircraft remain in peak condition.

4. Martin Albrecht
Martin Albrecht has a Mechanical Engineering Degree, and he is a certified Inspector A&P for airplanes up to all King Airs / Metroliners and Jetstream. He started flying in the year 1996 and completed the Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot Rating in the year 2000. Holding a Commercial Test Pilot Rating Class 1 inclusive Flight Test Instructor and Flight Instructor, with more than 100+ aircraft types flown. Albrecht started flying Aerobatic since year 1997 and in Aerobatic Competition still the only pilot winning 7 times the Unlimited National German Aerobatic Champion Title and 2 FAI International World Aerobatic Medals. His total time is 4000+ hours. He also Built by himself, 3 home-built aircraft, a Pitts, a Composite Impulse and an RV7. Lastly, he is one of the 3 Owners of the MT-Propeller Company and General Manager. Martin will be discussing natural composite materials and the evolution of propeller blade counts.
