Today, Beechcraft Corp. gathered up the King Air fans at the Sun ‘n Fun International Fly-In and Expo in Lakeland, Florida to continue the celebration of 50 years of flight for the King Air. Since the Textron Aviation acquisition less than 1-month ago, Beechcraft is now flying under the new Textron Aviation banner with Cessna, however the brands still have separate static displays at this event.
Beechcraft had a great crowd as they talked about the legacy this aircraft has had over the past 50 years and will continue to have in the future.
Along with refreshments and giveaways, they even decked out the cupcakes in typical Beechcraft form. Nicely done!
