Thank you very much for sharing this story with us:
Ashley and I would like to thank KingAir Nation for initiating this communication network for King Air. What a nice way to keep abreast of the KingAir story. This aircraft has been an important part of aviation history and its future.
Ashley and I have many fond memories of the KingAir. Ashley received her multiengine in the KingAir and I flew the 90 to 200 series KingAir’s for several years. Although, I now fly for a major airline some of my fondest memories in my aviation career has been my days flying the King Air. It was a very diverse flying from working for major corporations to part 135 charters. The missions ranged from flying pig urine for a meat-processing corporation for laboratory analysis to flying the Grateful Dead to concerts. One of my funniest moments (stupid human) events occurred in the King Air when I asked the CEO of PepsiCo if he would like a Coke! Lucky for me, he had a great sense of humor. We will share more stories on the site in the future.
Thank you again and what a wonderful surprise for the couple who never wins anything to win the Apple iPad.
