The MD302 will be standard in all of Elliott Aviation’s future Garmin G1000 Installations.
Elliott Aviation, a leader in a diverse range of business aviation services, today announced the FAA has certified the supplemental type certificate (STC) for Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics’ MD302 Standby Attitude Module (SAM®) as part of its Garmin G1000 avionics upgrade in Beechcraft King Air
The MD302 provides attitude, altitude, airspeed and slip information to the pilot during normal operation or in the case of primary instrument failure, enhancing system reliability and reducing pilot workload. The compact, self-contained, solid-state instrument fits in less panel space than a standard set of 2-inch mechanical attitude, altitude, and airspeed indicators.

Elliott Aviation has completed a total of 110 Garmin G1000 retrofit installations in Beechcraft King Air
