Innovative Programs Boost Results for Executive AirShare
Company Records Third Consecutive Year of Double-Digit Growth in 2012
KANSAS CITY, Mo., April 22, 2013 — Executive AirShare recorded its most successful year ever and third consecutive year of double-digit growth in 2012 by offering the industry’s most innovative collection of aircraft lease, equity charter and fractional ownership programs. The company anticipates this growth pattern will continue in 2013.
The Kansas City, Mo.-based regional fractional operates the world’s largest fleet of Embraer Phenom light jet aircraft, with more than 140 fractional shareowners and another 36 members in its Launch, Launch Premium, EMBark 32 and aircraft management programs. The company has a total of 43 aircraft in its combined fractional and managed fleets and more than 140 employees at six cities in the Central U.S. and Buffalo, N.Y.

The company’s regional strategy has also made it possible for Executive AirShare to profitably operate the world’s largest fleet of Embraer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 light jet aircraft, as well as the highly efficient Beechcraft KingAir C90B and 350 turboprops, which offer low direct operating costs and make Executive AirShare the most affordable program in the fractional ownership industry. By offering a menu of programs using these efficient aircraft, Executive AirShare has boosted its growth.
Based on a lease structure, Launch offers access to Executive AirShare’s fleet of Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft for a period of up to 24 months for a one-time upfront payment of $102,500, which includes the lease payment and management fees. Launch members have access to the aircraft, flown by Executive AirShare pilots, for up to 25 days or 60 flight hours during the term of the lease, as well as interchange access to Executive AirShare’s Beechcraft Super KingAir 350 and in some markets, the KingAir C90B aircraft. The hourly rates for variable costs, such as fuel and maintenance are billed after each trip is completed and are by far the lowest in the industry. Executive AirShare does not charge a fuel surcharge in any of their programs.
