Nextant Aerospace is participating in the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Annual Convention and Exhibition this week in Orlando, Florida. Their static display features the 400XTi jet and a fully functional cockpit mock-up of the Nextant G90XT. Nextant held a press briefing earlier this week to discuss the progress of the Nextant G90XT’s development, its upcoming first flight and the status of the order book.
International Operators Conference
Nextant will hold its first International Operators Conference during NBAA 2014. The event will highlight key operational achievements and product enhancements. The session will focus on dispatch reliability, safety and regulatory compliance with an update on maintenance and pilot training. Operators will also have the opportunity to network with fellow operators, owners, industry partners and leaders of the Nextant global service center network.
Nextant President and CEO, Sean McGeough, said,
“Having delivered over 40 aircraft to nine different countries in the last two years we’ve proven beyond a doubt that there is a global market for a remanufactured aircraft. Now that the market understands and accepts the value of remanufacturing, it’s time we brought others to the table and involved them in both our strategic and tactical decision-making process. By working with our industry partners, customers and competitive owners, we’ll ensure that we stay focused on delivering a product that’s consistent and in tune with what our customers are looking for.”
Customer Advisory Board
Nextant also plans to announce a comprehensive set of initiatives aimed at putting the customer at the center of its corporate decision-making process. These include the establishment of a Customer Advisory Board and its first International Operators Conference. Together, these programs will help set strategic direction, shape product enhancements, improve customer support and select new product platforms.
