Texas Air Shuttle announced earlier this month that its’ unique, “unlimited flying” member-based transportation alternative had began service. Created for the business community, tiered monthly memberships offer unlimited travel in Texas on weekly scheduled routes between McKinney National Airport (30 minutes north of downtown Dallas), Conroe/North Houston Regional Airport, Stinson Municipal Airport (seven miles south of downtown San Antonio) and Austin Executive Airport. The service will fly Beechcraft King Air 200s with two pilots (for ensured safety).
Texas Air Shuttle noted in the press release that Founding Memberships are still available, but are limited to the first 50 customers that sign up for a Texas Air Shuttle membership. Founding memberships offer exclusive benefits to customers looking to maximize their membership rewards, in addition to the enhanced cost savings and time savings for frequent business travelers and their guests.
The company plans to expand available destinations throughout 2016 to other cities in Texas, and neighboring states. Texas Air Shuttle will also work to accommodate members wishing to travel to non-listed destinations.
“We are thrilled to offer this innovative concept in business travel to major business hubs throughout the state of Texas,” said Steve Geldmacher, CEO and co-founder of Texas Air Shuttle. “With our simple and flexible membership plans, Texas Air Shuttle offers executives safe, convenient VIP travel when and where they need it – all while ensuring the highest safety standards.”
“We’re excited to, quite literally, lift off this week,” said Ken Haney, founder and chairman of Texas Air Shuttle. “We appreciate the patience of all of our members as we’ve worked up to our launch date. We couldn’t be more pleased to be providing safe, superior business travel to business owners and super commuters throughout Texas.”
