The declassified Bunker at The Greenbrier is a must-see experience that takes you behind the scenes and walks you through a fascinating period in the resort’s history.
Carved deep into the mountainside beneath the West Virginia Wing is an emergency Cold War fallout shelter. Once a top secret U.S. government relocation facility for Congress, The Bunker is now open to anyone interested in reliving a legendary piece of The Greenbrier history. Bunker Tours provide a unique and in-depth look behind the hidden doors and let you explore an aspect of The Greenbrier that no other resort can claim. Reserve your place in our history today! Begin your adventure with the thrumming energy of the casino, where luck meets legacy at our Companions Get Acquainted Casino Slot Tournament. Thursday: Savor the Flavors with Wine Tasting & The Greenbrier Inside Out Walking Tour
Elevate your senses and indulge in the refined pleasure of wine tasting, a delightful prelude to the captivating Greenbrier Inside Out Walking Tour. Immerse yourself in the beauty and heritage of The Greenbrier, all while sipping on exquisite wines that promise a voyage of flavor.
1:30pm - 2:30pm — Wine Tasting
Held in a fun, comfortable setting. Tasting includes your selected wines with mat, water and crackers.

3:00pm - 4:30pm — The Greenbrier Inside Out Walking Tour
This walking tour is a comprehensive look into the 240 years of unique history by touring both the interior of the hotel and the historic grounds of the 18th & 19th century. Mimosas will be available as you stroll around the property and take in the beautiful landscaping.

Friday: Creativity Takes Flight

- Option 1: Art Alive Painting Session, 1:30pm - 3:30pm — Unleash your inner artist in a session that promises to paint your world with vibrant colors and joy. Guests will get to choose from one of the favorite images to paint from The Greenbrier.

- Option 2: Thrillers, Fillers, and Spillers, 1:30pm - 2:30pm — Delve into the art of container gardening, a serene escape that offers peace and satisfaction in the beauty of flora. Learn from a professional with tips of the advantages of gardening in containers. Gain knowledge on what containers to use: from the conventional to the non-conventional, soils, watering and choosing the best plant combinations. Participants will create and take away their own container garden.

Charcuterie Building and Wine Pairings, 3:30pm - 4:30pm
Later in the afternoon, rejoin all companions with Charcuterie Building and Wine Pairings, a delectable exploration of tastes and aromas, perfectly blending culinary art with the craft of winemaking.
Join a Greenbrier Chef as they share their ideas on how to build a proper charcuterie display, that is sure to be the centerpiece of your next social gathering. All while tempting your palate with flavorful wines and discussion from our Sommelier. Each guest will leave with their own Cutting Board to use on their next charcuterie masterpiece!

Saturday: Sporting Elegance with Companions' Par 3 Golf Tournament & Croquet & Cocktails
Companions' Par 3 Golf Tournament, 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Conclude your extraordinary week with a day out on the green, participating in the Companions' Par 3 Golf Tournament. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or new to the links, this event promises fun and friendly competition under the serene sky. This course is a walking course that takes about 1 hour to play.
