From April 25th to the 27th, Textron Aviation will host its 2016 Customer Conference at the Hyatt Regency Wichita and Century II in Wichita, Kansas. The conference’s mission is to provide owners and interested parties with a place to connect with key experts and fellow enthusiasts.
“We want to give you a chance to get answers to your toughest questions and share experiences with owners, technicians, pilots, and the people of Textron Aviation,” noted the Textron press release. “With model-specific sessions, updates on field maintenance activities and emerging trends within the industry, the conference provides you with a great opportunity to fulfill your IA credit renewal.”
During the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to attend technical sessions, take part in special interest seminars and tour the facility (schedule). The conference will provide many services including: IA credit renewal, peer networking, model specific technical updates, and supplier and customer receptions. Textron also offers the option for attendees to drop off their aircraft for OEM service/upgrades at the Witchita Service Center during the conference.
The keynote speaker this year is Brian Shul, a Vietnam War-era attack pilot and a retired major in the United States Air Force (USAF), flying 212 combat missions. Brian will share his inspiring story including having the opportunity to be one of the few people in the world to fly the SR-71 Blackbird jet plane.
