Exchange Sale Core Return policy:
- All core returns must match the exchanged part number unless pre-approved by the Sales Team before sale and be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- A core deposit is required upfront. Refunds are processed within 2-4 weeks after core receipt and evaluation.
- Core repair costs must not exceed 70% of the exchange price; costs above this will reduce the core credit.
- The provided orange core return form must accompany the returned core, fully completed, to be eligible for evaluation.
Certification and Warranty provided for each condition:
- Overhauled (OH) - Provided with either FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or a dual release (8130/EASA), and include a 12-month warranty.
- Serviceable (SV) - Provided with either FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form 1, or a dual release (8130/EASA), and include a 6-month warranty.
- New (NE) - Provided with either OEM Tag or FAA Form 8130-3 or Trace from an Approved Source, and includes a 12-month warranty.
- New Surplus (NS) - Provided with KAN’s Certificate of Conformance and include a 30-day warranty.
- As Removed (AR) - Provided with KAN’s Certificate of Conformance and include a 30-day warranty.
Shipping:
We provide free 2nd-day domestic shipping on all the orders from KAN Website.
Returns:
You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. A 25% restocking fee may apply. KAN will pay shipping costs, which are a result of fault determined to be our responsibility. All returns must be in the same condition as we provided with no new markings, scratches or alterations made to the item(s). All the original paperwork must be returned.
You should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of the shipment of the return, however, in many cases you should receive your refund more quickly.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number along with our Invoice number and details of return. We will send you the RMA# for tracking.
