Terms and Conditions for the King Air Gathering
Admission: Entry to the event is by registration only. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented at the entrance.
Safety: Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff. The organizers are not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
Liability: All attendees attend the event at their own risk. The organizers will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, registration will be refunded or the event will be rescheduled.
Photography: The event will be photographed and possibly recorded. By attending, you consent to your likeness being used in promotional material.
Alcohol and Drugs: Attendees are not allowed to bring in alcohol or drugs. Anyone found in possession of such substances will be asked to leave.
Pets: Only service animals are permitted on the event grounds.
Litter: Attendees are expected to keep the venue clean and use the trash and recycling bins provided.
Respect: All attendees are to respect the event grounds, staff, and other attendees. Any form of harassment will result in immediate ejection from the event.
Attendees: If you are registered as an attendee (a non-sponsor attendee) you are not allowed to conduct business activities. We take pride in protecting our sponsors. If you are conducting business activities (such as handing out materials, including business cards) you must be a Silver level sponsor or higher. Those conducting business activities without a sponsorship will be asked to leave without refund and be banned from future events.
Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
