This month, Wheels Up unveiled a special camouflage painted Beechcraft King Air 350i in support of Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). TAPS is an organization providing compassionate care and survivor support for the families of America’s fallen military heroes and loved ones. Since 1994, TAPS has provided comfort and hope 24/7 through a national peer support network and connection to grief resources, all at no cost to surviving families and loved ones.

Wheels Up also put up a short video of the craft on the company Facebook channel which can be seen here.

The special craft is a part of Wheels Up Cares, which according to Wheels Up is “a philanthropic initiative dedicated to identifying a cause important to Wheels Up and its members. Through the Wheels Up Cares program, a Wheels Up Beechcraft King Air 350i aircraft is custom designed to represent the established cause and annually enters the fleet where it will remain indefinitely as a flying symbol of each charity’s mission.”

Previous King Air aircraft Wheels Up has painted for the program have included a red one supporting the American Heart Association, a teal one supporting ovarian cancer awareness, and a pink one supporting Breast Cancer Awareness month.

More information about the program and detailed information on the camo craft can be found here.
